Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on shapewear, as it is considered intimate apparel.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect product
  
• You received an incorrect size different from the one ordered
  
• The product arrived defective
  

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
  
• Include original tags attached
  
• Be returned in its original packaging
  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and verify that all requirements are met, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
